Seramic
We warped there, to the church ground-like area. "There isn't any monsters here. Huh."

Iris
"There isn't supposed to be right?"

Ellie
"Yes. Let's go into the church!" I said, running ahead and into the digital building.

Iris
I followed. "Okay, interesting place."

Seramic
I walked up to the statue in the middle of the place. It was a girl with a big flowy cloak and bound to the pedestal with chains. It looked like she was calling for help. Ellie was staring at it too. "What's this?" I asked.

Ellie
After a moment, I shrugged. I picked up a book that stood in front of the statue. "What's this? I can't open it. Maybe you can, Iris?" I said.

Iris
"Why would I be able to open it if you can't?" I said. Nevertheless, I tried. The book opened. "...."

A brilliant light came out and on Iris's right arm formed a bracelet that looked like a flower.

Seramic
"Woah! What is that?"

Iris
"What the heeeeeck? Where did that come from? What?"

A piercing screech entered Iris's ears, and she was kicked out of the server. A message popped up on her screen.

"Invalid item. Maintenance on your character is taking place."

Iris
"O-ow..." I said, shaking and trying to cover my ears. I read the message that had popped up on the screen. "What... just happened?"

I quickly went to go post on Awesomesauce, "Something happened. There was this screech and it said 'Invalid item. Maintenance on your character is taking place.' So what do I do, just wait?" I posted in the RCT, and waited for a response from Ellie.

Ellie
I looked at PhoenixTear. "I'm sorry. I have to check on my friend." I said, logging out. I checked the RCT. "That hasn't happened before that I know of. I guess you can wait. Maybe you can post on the BBS to see if anyone else has had the problem." I posted.

Seramic
I shrugged. I logged out as well and checked Awesomesauce to see what they were talking about.

Iris
"Okay. I don't like posting on those things... though... I guess I'll just wait."

Seramic
"Say, sorry I forget to ask this earlier, but what are your usernames? And what exactly happened, Iris?"

Iris
"Long story, but basically we went to this weird place and then Ellie picked up a book and couldn't open it and I could and when I did this bracelet appeared saying 'Invalid item. Maintenance on your character is taking place.' and it kicked me outta server. Yeah, long story short. I'm IrisTheFlower and Ellie is Ellie."

Seramic
"Wow. Maybe it was a glitch. Woah, seriously? I think I saw you earlier! I'm PhoenixTear."

Iris
"Sheesh, and you didn't realize that that was us? I'm going to go try and log back on now." I tried to log in.

Seramic
"Haha sorry. ^^; There's a lot of people named Iris in The World so I didn't know that that name was available. And I really didn't expect Ellie to be just Ellie. Well, I'll see if I can meet you." I posted, and then logged back on.

Ellie
"Hello there. How come you didn't know that when Iris said she was waiting for someone called Seramic she meant you?" I asked, having read the post.

Seramic
"Thought she meant Username and that it started with a C." I shrugged. "I wonder where Iris is."

Ellie
"She should be able to come on."

Iris
I managed to log on. "Yay! It worked!" I said happily. "Now where is everyone?"

Seramic
"Yo, Iris!" I did a wave motion. "Over here!"

Iris
"Oh, hi!" I went over there. "So what else now?"

Seramic
"Well, actually, I was thinking..." I started, "that maybe we can go to the newest event they're holding. You don't need to be high level either; it's a treasure hunt."

Iris
"Hmm... maybe."

Seramic
"Hehe... I have to go restock on a few items. Can you two go to where they're holding it? I'll meet ya there." I said, going off to the shops without a response.

Ellie
I smiled. "Let's go, then."

Iris
I nodded and went with Ellie.

Ellie
"Here it is!" I said. "Should we wait for Seramic to come back?"
