Wish granted

Once upon a time, there was a animal who wished she was human. A witch came and cast a spell upon her foot and the animal was granted a anklet. The anklet was magical, her wish came true. She was granted a human form.

But there was one circumstance, just one. Every time she made the sound of her animal form, she would turn back into an animal. To turn back into a human, she needed to touch a certain thing.

She had a quest, but one she never wanted to complete. When this quest was done she would turn back into her animal form forever.

There is one circumstance though. This was her quest, but she was also to complete the twin anklet of her own. If she didn't complete her quest before completing her mission, she would disappear.

Inspired by the anime Princess Tutu. :] Here are the characters.

The main character is Mimi. Her human form has a puffy black hat that holds up her orange hair that's streaked with black. She wears an orange short sleeved hoodie with a white long sleeve shirt underneath and her pants are black. Her shoes are black as well, but they have wheels at the back for skating. Her name is Kimi.
She must touch water to turn back into a human. Her mission is to prove that animals are more than what humans think they are and that animals are smart and they can feel how its like to be mistreated.
Kimi lives a completely normal life, and is in a gymnastic class. :]

There is a twist. I am the story teller, the one named Amy Fawkes. I love a tragic story, and I completely control this one. If I want some tragedy, maybe having a character die, they will die, one way or another. But nobody expects that it is me who tells this story, for I also lead a "normal" human life and Kimi won't ever think that I am the antagonist because I am one of her "friends".

And then there is Iris, one of mine and Kimi's friends. She is yet another character in the story, the reliable one. Kimi will go to this girl for advice on almost anything. But not even Iris knows that she is only a puppet of mine, and just there to make Kimi feel a bit more normal.

Sabrina Cole, she's one Kimi can tell her secrets too. Secrets that I might not know, secrets that Iris doesn't know. But Sabrina may be one to spill the beans to her sister.

Serena Cole, just a friend. She always finds things out last. Kimi seems to like Sabrina more, and she could tell the difference between the twins. She's just a completely human friend, but one that Kimi loves hanging around. Though she is not as much as a close friend to Kimi as Sabrina is, Serena feels she has some sort of connection to Kimi.

Jessica Cole, the mother of the twins. She teaches Kimi's gymnastic class. Only a side character, so to say. She isn't that important to our story. Or is she? Nonetheless, she is kind to her students yet strict. Kimi most often gets in trouble by her for 'trying to ditch class'.

Kimiko Ou... our little antagonist she'll be. She's arch rivals with Kimi, although Kimi still considers her a friend. She is a deadly beauty, but only because she was granted that. Really she's just a little, ugly, defenseless skunk. She had a piece of the twin Anklet fall upon her, and with it's ability to enhance feelings she had the feeling of power and ambition enhanced. The piece allows her to be human for a certain amount of time. Her skunk form... the name is Rei. Or shall I say... nothing.
This girl will do whatever it takes to stop Kimi, for she thinks she's the hero of the story. The truth is, if she obtains all pieces of the twin Anklet she will only make the world wilt.

Eliza is just one Kimiko lives with. She has not a clue of anything, she is too generous and she loves clean animals.

What about Iris and the Cole twins? Mm... as friends. I'll think of more characters to use later.

Kimi
"Hey!" I said. "What's up? How ya been doing?"

Amy
I laughed. "I'm fine." I said. "We saw each other yesterday! You make it sound like everybody has been gone a lifetime!"

Kimi
"Yeah, but you never know when you'll disappear forever so I enjoy everyday of my life as if it were my last!"

Amy
That's right. You never know when you'll disappear. Isn't that right, my little Mimi?

"Is that why you where the same clothes everyday?" I joked. She laughed along. "Did you do your writing homework?"

Kimi
"We... had writing homework?" I said stupidly.

Okay, so here's how it goes. I'm a cat. Just a cat. A storyteller told me that she would let me become a human and I'd turn back into an animal forever after I've completed my quest. My quest is to prove that animals are more than they seem. I'm sorta like... the ugly duckling. That's sorta why I've been... um... procrastinating. I really don't want to turn back into an animal. But I live everyday as if it was my last because the storyteller could get mad at me and break the spell.

"Say, where are Iris and the twins? They should be here--"

((In this improv, Mimi says "Meow", "Mya", or "Nya". Meow is two syllables, I like saying Mya better. xD

YAY KIMI WAS INTERUPTED. BUT BY WHO? :O))

Iris
"--Oh my gosh stampeding hippos killed me this morning!" I said, interrupting Kimi. "Giant herd of stampeding hippos!"

Sabrina
"Hey Iris! Did you see the new episode of 'Stampeding Hippos?' I recorded it, and I'll watch it in the afternoon."

Iris
"I recorded it too, but I couldn't bear to skip it at such a suspenseful part."

Serena
"Yep! Where the evil hippo begins to turn everyone else into stampeding hippos --"

Iris
"--and then the good hippo saves it!"

Serena
"Hey! Don't give me any spoilers!"

((I made up a random name, then made it a random TV show ))

Kimi
"Mya!" I screeched as Iris suddenly yelled stampeding hippos. I ran into a nearby forest of bushes and transformed into a cat. Greeeeat. There were almost no water fountains in this school too! I tied my clothes into a bunch and ran off, looking for the usual water fountain.

Amy
"Huh? Kimi?" I said. "She's gonna be late for class. We will be too, if we don't hurry! Class starts in two minutes!" I said, running off towards the area of the gymnastic class.

((Methinks we need a teacher. Maybe Jessica Cole? x3))

Sabrina
"What happened?" I asked. "Oh snap! Kimi??? Where are you?"

Iris
"I can't see her - can you see her?"

Serena
"Well, hopefully she'll get here before class starts."

Amy
"C'mon guys! We're going to be late!"



((Go on, teacher. ;]))

Jessica
"Taking roll!" I said.
'Alexandera Anderson.' 'Here.'
'Christina Bones.' 'Here.'

"'Kimi Kiire?'" I repeated.

Iris
"She was here this morning." I said. "Maybe she's in the bathroom."

Jessica
"She has until I've finished taking roll, and then I'll mark her as absent." I continued taking roll.

Kimi
Just as Ms.Cole was just about finished taking role...

"I'm here!!" I shouted, bursting into the class. Everyone stared at me. I put my head down. "Will I have to stay and clean the floor again?" I whined. I was always late. Always.

Jessica
"You were just in time." I finished saying the name of the last person, then sent the attendance away. "So today we're going to be learning about polynomials and monomials. Monomials will be a big subject next grade, and one of the main focuses of math. Please open your math textbooks to page 219 and take notes on Monomials and Polynomials."

Iris
I sighed and turned the pages. School was a bore to me, and that's why I didn't do perfect in it. It was a known fact that smart kids didn't do so well at school. Because they knew and understood everything, and school went too slow for them.

Kimi
Aww man.... I hate math. I said, opening the book.

((Wanna make it so Jessica is their teacher for all her classes? Like gymnastic, math, geography and english stuff?))

((That's what I thought. ))

Jessica
"Time for break everyone!" I said as the bell rang later. Everyone seemed to jump up and run out of the door, glad for break to finally come.

Kimi
"Yay!" I said, suddenly doing a backflip and running out of class. I hated sitting for that long. I couldn't stand sitting still.



It was my favorite part of the day. I wouldn't miss it, even though I always miss it. I was already in my gymnastic suit. I got in class early and started stretching out my legs.

Iris
"Aw man, I hate this."

Kimi
"What's wrong about it?" I asked. "I think this is the best part of the day! No math, no thinking hard, just breaking our backs and doing crazy stunts and flips and aerial awesomeness!" I grinned.

Amy
"The way you word it..." I said, sort of laughing. She made it sound dangerous but fun.

((I love how Kimi said that. xD))

Iris
"Awesomesauceiness." I corrected.

Kimi
"Whatever." I laughed. "Where are the twins?"

Iris
"I don't know. They should be out of the locker room by now. But they always spend a while in the locker room."

Serena
"Ugh! I hate PE!" I groaned, tying my shoe and heading out of the locker room.

Sabrina
"I agree." I said. "It's a pain."

((I think we should have MEAN PEOPLE. :O))

((OMG I WANTED TO MAKE A MEAN PERSON! ))

Kimi
"Oh, here they come!" I said. "Hi!" I said, waving.

((Who then?))
Sabrina
"Yo!" I said.

Serena
"We have two minutes till gym starts." I said.

Kimi
"I know, and I didn't want to be late!" I said. I did a back flip.

Amy
Hmm... our story is getting a bit boring, is it not? Had something happened to the teacher? Maybe... maybe not... let's just see this story's outcome.

"Hm? Ms. Jessica should be here by now." I said after a while.

((I'mma make Amy call her Ms. Jessica since it sounds better than Ms. Cole))

Iris
"Well, maybe she'll be here soon." I said.

((You can think of a situation where she gets attacked by an animal ))

Kimi
"But Ms. Jessica is always on time! Always!" I said.

((Psh. That's your job. YOU'RE TELLING THE STORY HERE. :O))
Sabrina
"That's true." I said.

Serena
"If she's not here in two minutes I'll go to the office."

Amy
And so... the teacher of Kimi was attacked by a rather vicious dog. Jessica thinks this dog is senseless and is growling at her for no reason.

Though Kimi knows... there's a reason for the attack. And only she can stop it... as a cat.

Kimi
The anklet... started stinging. I looked down at it and it glowed. Oh... that meant... only one thing...

I had a quest to complete.

I ran outside. "I'll look for her!"

Ok, did I tell you completely about my quest? I only have part of a pair, the right anklet, the Anklet of the Valkyrie. The left anklet, the Anklet of the Seraphim, was broken from the heavens and fallen down to earth. And thus, it went into the souls of many animals, giving them enhanced feelings toward hatred, want, curiosity, that stuff. So Mimi, granted the Anklet of Valkyrie and entrusted with this quest, has to recover the pieces. That's right, Mimi. Not Kimi, Mimi.

"Where is it? Where is it?" I wondered, looking around wildly. I decided to follow my anklet and when it glowed brightly i was going the right way.

Aargh... I never did have a good sense of direction.
