The City

Eliza
"Sheesh, it doesn't have to kill us!" I said, using my purse as a shield.

Cephei
"It's instinct! It thinks all humans are corrupt!"

Eliza
"I am not -- THAT -- corrupt!" I said, continuing to fight it away with the purse.

Opal
I violently bit through the purse and considered to lunge forward.

Eliza
I dashed through a door and slammed it shut, and locked it.

Opal
I hit my face on the door. Without claws I couldn't break the door open and my fangs couldn't bite through. I cursed my species for not having enough things to fend for themselves, then turned to the black-haired one.

((Opal doesn't know about her man-eating saliva. ))

Serendipity
I backed away cautiously, shielding myself with my hands, since I didn't have anything to defend myself with. "Oh no..."

Opal
I lunged forward violently.

Cephei
"Stop!" I cried out in Draci. The dragon stopped in mid air. "We won't hurt you."

Opal
What do you mean, we? I hissed, then looked at the girl behind the dragon that stood before me.

Serendipity
"...Thanks?" I said nervously to Cephei.

Opal
I growled violently at the girl behind the dragon. Make her leave.

Cephei
"I think it's best you and Serendipity leave." I said. "The dragon doesn't want you here. I'll settle things with her."

Serendipity
"Eliza!" I said. "Don't make any sudden movements, but come out of there, and let's go."

Eliza
"Okay..." I said, slowly opening the door. We left nervously and quickly, because it felt like the dragon was going to attack us any moment.

Opal
I sat down. "Why do you defend such fiends?" I asked in our language, which was inaudible to those wretched humans.

Cephei
"Because not all of them are corrupt, and very few could be as impure as the witches who made you do such villainous things."

Opal
"I understand, yet I wish not to see another human."

Cephei
"Then go home."

Opal
"Where is that?"

Cephei
"You do not know? It is where you were born. Do you know where that is?"

Opal
"With those infected witches."

Cephei
"Ah... then you can make your new home with me. You may stay here, and I'll try to show you humans aren't as bad as you think. That's why I take form of one." I said. The dragon nodded in response.

Rin
I screamed in agony. The witches were holding me captive. They were trying to shut me down again, but I refused to. I must make it back to Miku... she's the one who saved me. My energy was seeping out, but every time I felt like shutting down again,a new burst of energy filled me and gave me strength.

Amy
"Why won't you die!?" I said. "Someone else try to cast a spell!"

Serena
"Okay!" I said trying.

Amy
"It's not working!" I growled.

Solar
Suddenly, I appeared at the doorway.

"One who's light was given by our foe
I'll disrupt that continuous flow
Only for a moment I can do so
But a moment it takes to break a broken soul!"

I shot a yellow-ish beam out of my hand and the robot spazzed and sizzled as it's systems were shut down.

"Cast a spell. Break it permanently."

Amy
"Solar. It's about time." I said. "Serana."

Serena
"'Serana?'" I quoted. "It's 'Serena.'"

((Yes, I am making fun of your typo.))

((Shuddap. D: ))

Amy
"Whatever! Just cast a spell!"

Serena
"Fine." I cast a spell.

((Write out a chant yoooou. I don't wanna be the only one who does so. xD

Or at least specify what your doing.))

((I'm lazy.))

((Pfft.))

Miku
"I understand that Rin is not human
She's simply a tool, a weapon, a prop
But she is my dear friend
So this spell to break I'll disrupt!" I shouted from behind.

I stood a ways outside of the base, careful not to touch the barrier. The magic reached Rin before the witch's, and she was once again brought to life.

I was already panting heavily. Her life depended on mine, and if I ran out of magic, she would shut down. She already had withdrawn much mana from me.

Luna
"Try as you might, we will pass
To stop your efforts of the impure
We have avoided you because we were scared
Now it's your turn to feel our fear." I said. The barrier went down.

Cephei
"Let punishment reign upon thee!
Only thou unjust will do such evil deed
Do try disrupt the nature of my own kind
Judgment is the thing that shall fill your mind!" I shouted, and thus made there vision blacken.

Iris
"Heyy! You didn't let me do anything!" I said, annoyed.

((That happens IRL too! No one lets me do anything. Eveeeeer! As if they think I'm incapable. Hmmph. I'm probably smarter than them too.))

Luna
"Then do something! I'm holding the barrier down, Cephei is attacking, you can attack too!"

Iris
"Well, what caan I do?"

Luna
"Attack!"

Iris
"But Cephei already attacked! There's nothing left to do, aren't they like, already attacked?"
