The City

Amy, can you think of a better name for me? I was never good at names... anyway...

Long, long, long, ago, in a land far, far away, or maybe near, it depends on where you live, there was a city. It was a beautiful city, where humans and magical creatures could live in harmony, and everyone could cooperate peacefully. There was a government which consisted of humans and other magical stuff alike, and laws got passed that fit everyone. But then something bad happened, as it always does happen in cities like this, and someone tried to seize control. Who, you ask? The witches and warlocks were always unhappy with how things worked. They wanted everything to be under their control. Of course not all witches and warlocks were like that, in fact most were good witches/warlocks and used their magic to make things better instead of worse. But some fought back. And yeah.

You can convert any of your characters into a good witch or a bad witch, etc.

YAAY! WITCHES!

The title is good.

Luna is a good witch. Rin is a failed creation of a bad witch (since she doesn't listen). Emi (still small guardian character faerie) is a invisible faerie that assists the good witches because only the pure can see her (she can tell who is good and bad and who is a spy). Can Opal be a witch as a dragon?

I guess opal can be a dragon-witch! Or you can just add Opal as a regular dragon if you want. I'm adding Eliza as a regular human. If you want Opal to be a witch, what kind? Good or bad?

Opal is a bad witch. >=D She was raised bad yet she's still pure, so she can see Emi! But she doesn't know she uses her magic for horrible things.

Oh, BTW, i think Rin should be in Etc. She isn't necessarily bad and she can't use magic.

"Guys! Guys!" I screamed suddenly, flying into the headquarters of the witches.

"The Evil witches are plotting something! I didn't get to see because they have this new evil dragon that could see me and it chased me out but it looked like they were trying to create an android! You know, like, a robot! They're probably trying to create a whole army!"

Luna
"What? Those outcasts are at it again... they even stole a dragon egg from us raised it. How old did it look?"

Emi
"About the size of a horse. I'd say four to six months!"

Luna
"Ah. That's enough to fool the poor thing." I said. I turned to Emi. "Thank you for your assistance, Emi. You may rest for today. It is clear that they are now aware that they are being spied upon."

Emi
"But I can't rest now! This is a big, giant, huge thing!"

Luna
"Then do as you please. You aren't allowed to enter the evil witch's headquarters or they may attack you or keep you hostage. Please, go warn the citizens."

Emi
"Roger!" I said, saluting, then flying out of the window. I flew to a microphone.

"Hello? Everybody, an emergency meeting! The evil witches have obtained a dragon that is able to view me, and they are building some sort of android or robot. This is just a warning, so please stay put."

((Long conversation. xD))

Iris
"So what's the plan?" I asked, to no one in particular.

Luna
"Hm... I'm uncertain. We could try possessing the robot, but that'd be dangerous because it would require one of us to transfer the dark magic out of the object and into us and it could easily overwhelm us. I would say to stay put." I said. "You can ask the elder if you please."

Opal
Awaken! I said suddenly, with all the witches crowded around to see my first performance of arts. The robot slowly opened it eyes. Everyone stared in awe, some cackling that it worked. I watched the robot as it's eyelid opened completely.

It stared at me for a moment. Welcome to this world.

Rin
PROCESSING... BOOTING UP... LOADING....

COMPLETE.

I stared at the dragon that stood before me. I remained silent.

Opal
The creation was a success, I said to the rest of the witches. Now teach her.

Serena
"Yes, it worked!" I smiled happily. I was glad to be a witch, even if my sister wanted to be on 'the better side' for 'the good of everyone'. "We did it!"

Opal
Celebrating is over. Teach her. I hissed.

Serena
I tapped the edge of the robot, seeing as none of the other witches were approaching. "Uh..."

((WE NEED ANOTHER EVIL WITCH.))

Amy
"Speak." I said demandingly. The robot just looked at me.

Rin
"YOU ARE NOT MY MASTER." I said with my robotic voice.

Amy
"Tch. Opal, the andriod is not listening!"

Opal
Then make it listen. I responded. I have done enough. It is time you proved yourself as well.

Amy
"Stubborn little..." I growled. "Look, you better listen or else."

Rin
"YOU ARE NOT MY MASTER." I repeated again.

Amy
A ball of fire conjured up in my hand. "I swear, I'll destroy you to pieces if you do not follow our orders!"

Rin
I stared at her. "YOU MEAN NO THREAT TO ME."

Amy
"You big piece of junk! If nobody wishes to teach this brat, she's going in the dump!"

Rin
Dump? Does that mean... being deleted? I had just been brought to life. My existence would mean nothing if I were to be deleted. "IF YOU WISH TO DELETE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEMS, YOU WILL BE TERMINATED."

Amy
"Oh? So now you're threatening? That's it! I've already have had enough of this disloyal machine! Either somebody else teaches her or she's going in the trash!" I said.

Opal
Amy was known as one of the most strict and most demanding witches. If she says to dispose of something, it most often is disposed. Serena. Give it a shot. She could be useful.

My new Character Miku is a... neutral magic user. [Can use magic but isn't on either side, just a citizen]))

Serena
I was a bit scared but despite myself I walked up. "Um... so..."

I looked at the girl beside me. "YOU ARE NOT MY MASTER. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRY ANYTHING ON ME."

Opal
Listen, you big piece of metal. We are all your master, we all command you. I growled at her.

Rin
I looked at my creator, and simply just said. "YOU ARE NOT MY MASTER EITHER. YOU JUST CREATED ME. IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER ME."

Opal
That is it. This thing is defective. I said. Out with it! I growled.


To you I brought life too
I shall take it away

I chanted as the magic power started to flow out of the body. The robot started to resist, but I managed to take it back. The body collapsed to the ground. Dispose of it!

Amy
"Gladly." I said, throwing the body outside.

Miku
"Oh my! What is this?" I said, examining the body. It was obviously metal as it made a sound of a hollow inside as I tapped it. It must have been that robot the Evil witches were making. Though it was obvious that it was lifeless.

"Tell me what has happened
I shall bring you life
I'll give you things your creator did not
A soul, a heart, a mind

Tell me you will cause no harm
Tell me of your master
Show me that you are pure
Show me you are no evil caster

Let mana thrive inside this body
Let life live inside this in-organic shell
Let her have a mind and heart
Let the evil in her be repelled

Awaken!"

I chanted, putting lots of magic power into it, letting my hand funnel the mana from me into the object. It seemed to not have worked, but the robot twitched, slowly opening her eyes.

Rin
PROCESSING... INTAKING MANA... LOADING...

COMPLETE.

I started to boot up. "WHO HAS BROUGHT ME TO LIFE?" I asked as I fully awoke.

Miku
"My, she still has a speaking problem. I guess I can fix that later." I said. "I have." I said in response to her. "What has happened to you?" I asked. I could tell she meant no harm by the way she spoke and how her unknown heart glittered no evil.

Rin
"ABANDONED BY WITCHES OF THE EAST." I said.

Miku
"What is your name?"

Rin
"PROJECT XLIN02."

Miku
"X-Lin? Hm... Lin... Rin. I'll call you Rin." I smiled.

Rin
"R...RIN?"

Miku
"It's a name. Who is your master?"

Rin
"I DO NOT KNOW FOR CERTAIN."

Miku
She definitely cannot be commanded by anyone. She can make her own decisions, thats for sure. I thought.

"Now that is all I needed to know. You have been brought to life. You may wander free among the city, where we live. You don't need to worry about being harmed." I smiled, getting up and walking away. I felt the robot hang onto my shirt.

Rin
"WANDER...?" I asked.

Miku
I laughed. She really was just like a newborn child. "It means you can walk around for now. If you ever want to find me, just ask somebody 'Where is Hatsune?'." I said, walking off.

Rin
"HAT...SUNE?" I then decided to wonder about. I bumped into a girl with a pink dress on. I didn't know what to say, so I just stared down at her. She looked as if she was hurt a bit, for it did just feel as if she walked into a pole. I held my hand out to her.

((Ahaha. Sorry, super duper long. Now time for Eliza to interact with Rin, yes? xD))

"Uh.. I'm fine." I said, still recovering slightly.

Rin
Once she got up, I left without warning. No bow, no polite 'Your welcome' or anything. Not even a word. I preferred staying silent, that Hatsune girl said I had some speaking problem.

Miku
"Hello? I have reports of the robot." I said to the magicians at the HQ. "May I be let in?"

((We need to call the bad witches witches and the good witches something else. Magicians maybe?))

((Sure ))

It didn't seem to be a bad witch, so I let it in.

((Lol I just changed the name and good--> bad))

((Sorry, she was knocking on the Good witches HQ. xD It was still when the Magicians were called good witches.))

I smiled as I was warmly welcome into the base. I waved hello to the guardian character and she assured everyone that I was good.
"The witches had thrown out the robot." I said. "I brought it to life again --"

Luna
"You brought it to life!?" I questioned with a serious tone. "What do you mean? Why?"

Miku
"It could tell it was nice by how it's heart glowed and it hadn't known much anything. The poor thing meant no harm, and I know it's going to choose it's own master."

Luna
I calmed a bit by the information. "What do you mean 'choose it's own master'?"

Miku
"She had said that the person who created her was not her master and she did not know for certain.

You can use the robot to your advantage, maybe convince it that it is doing things for good and teach it. But I really don't recommend it... the witches may recognize it and it is just a poor robot originally made as a tool. It cannot learn magic. I would suggest leaving it as a citizen."

Sabrina
"I actually agree. But then who is her master?"

((Maybe I'll try to make a long post someday...))

"She said she did not know for certain. She is wondering the city as of current."

Rin
I looked back at the girl. She seemed to think I was disrespectful, not saying anything. I turned back. "Y-your welcome." I said, trying to imitate the way Hatsune had spoken. I spoke on a single low note, it may have sounded odd. I took a small bow and turned away.

Serendipity
"What's wrong, 'Liza?" I asked Eliza, when I walked past her that day. "You seem a bit annoyed."

Eliza
"Sen, don't call me that! Anyway, there was this weird... emotionless... person or whatever... that just walked by. I mean, it's weird right?"

Serendipity
I pointed at a girl that was walking off in another direction. "Her?"

Eliza
"Yes, HER."

Serendipity
I ran up to the 'emotionless' girl and introduced myself. "Hello, I'm Serendipity, some people call me Sen. I haven't seen you before in this town. What's your name? Are you new here?"

Rin
I waved back to her introduction, and nodded in response to her last question. "My name is Rin." I said, trying to speak fluently. "Wh-where is Hatsune?" I said, trying to get away from the situation.

Serendipity
"Ooh! Miku? I heard she was going to the Magician's HQ."
