Are your pets more than they seem?

((In case you're wondering, Eliza talks normally in front of her friends that talk normally. ))

Eliza
"Madam... um... Servant?" I yelled to the servant on the third floor. "Madam, will you please get the bunny for me please?" However, the servant could not catch the rabbit as it now began to climb to the fourth floor. I wondered what would happen when it reached the sixth and last floor. "Madams! Surround it!" I yelled. As it reached the fourth floor, the multiple servants on that floor surrounded it in a small circle. With a sigh, I began to head to the elevator at the corner of the house. I didn't feel like climbing four floors. "Oh, dear."

Serena
"Oh, wow... cooool!" I said. "That snake is AMAZING. Did you know - "

Sabrina
" - that it can - "

Serena
" - stretch it's jaws bigger than it's body?"

Shi
How silly. I slipped through their legs and continued up the stairs. I heard the maids yelling all funny. This was really quite funny! When was the girl going to name me?

Alex
"Of course I did! Except I think it's still sleeping." I said, looking at me shoulder. I saw the snake's eyes open. "Oh! It's awake!" I said, letting it down.

Opal
I stared at the cat that sat in front of me with the stupidest smile slapped on her face. I just turned away after a moment and started to explore. The cat started to follow me.

((Alex doesn't know that snakes don't close their eyees. xD))

Sabrina
"Snakes don't close their eyes." I said. "So what did you name him again?"

Alex
"Her." I said. "Her name is Opal." I said. "And... snakes don't close their eyes? I could've sworn she had her eyes closed earlier."

Mimi
"This is the way outside." I said. "Hello? Are you listening?" I asked.

Opal
I glanced at the toyger. I then turned towards what looked like the kitchen, trying to avoid the thing. She was annoying.

Eliza
"Oh man..." I thought, then went up the elevator, impatiently waiting for it to speed up. "Oh dear!" I said aloud when I reached the floor. "Um.... Dear?" I said hopefully, hoping that I had said it enough that it would think that was it's name and stop and come back.

Serena
"Whoa! Make sure it doesn't like go somewhere in our house and get lost!" I said to Alex as the snake began to wander off.

Alex
"Opal!" I said, and the snake slithered toward me. "Don't wander off too far." I said.

Opal
I nodded, then started to wonder outside. Nobody was looking, I took flight and flied around for a while.

Mimi
"Opal? Hm... ah!" I saw the snake flying! Flying! "Opal!"

Opal
I jerked and fell to the earth, hiding my wings at the wind collided with me. I landed gracefully.
"Do not tell anyone." I hissed. She seemed to nod in fear.

Shi
Come on! Dear? Does she really think I'll like that name? I hopped around in the deserted space.

Sabrina
"So, anyway, what should we get Mimi for her birthday?"

Alex
"Hm... knowing Mimi, I don't think she'll really care." I laughed. "Maybe you guys should get her some more toys. She seems bored enough to follow my snake around."

Sabrina
"Well, she doesn't seem into yarn or anything..." I said..

Alex
"What about you get another pet? Maybe a dog? She'll love playing with it." I joked.

Sabrina
"I don't know. You think?" I said.

Eliza
Finally giving up when I tripped on my orange dress, I resorted to my room to just wait for it to calm down. "Dear?" I tried one more time hopefully on the intercom.

Shi
Might as well give up. I wondered around the house until I saw a door creaked open, and hopped in, sitting patiently at the door, my nose twitching.

Alex
"Maybe. Who knows, she might teach the pup to be tough." I laughed.

Mimi
"A dog? Seriously!?" I meowed happily after i had snuck in. "I want one! It's lonely here!" I whined in my language.

Sabrina
"Well, maybe. But we'd have to ask mom." I yelled to my mom. "Mom?" "Yes?" She replied. "Can I have a dog?" I asked. "Sure!" she answered. "She's a cool mom." I explained to Alex.

Eliza
"And now you calm down? Sheesh-uh, I mean, dear." I said. "Maybe I should name you 'Insane Runaround Bunny.'"

Shi
I did a soundless snort and shook my head. I wanted a short name.

Mimi
"Yes!" I said with glee.

Alex
I smiled. "I'll make sure to come over more often." I laughed.

Eliza
"Or..." I thought aloud, "Stupid Haughty Imperfection! Shi... for short." I said.

Sabrina
"Well, then I'd better head over to the pet store! Seeya mom!"

Shi
Shi... I like it! I hated the fact that it was an abbreviation, but I hopped into the girl's lap.

Mimi
I started to follow Sabrina. I wanted to pick the one to be my friend!

Sabrina
"No, Mimi, you stay here." But, seeing that she was being stubborn, I sighed, and headed to walk to the pet store.

Serena
"I'll come too." I said.

:Pet Store:
Serena
"What about this one?" I asked, indicating one that was lying on its stomach. "It would be nice to have a calm pet for a change."

Sabrina
"Nah.... I think we can pick something else." I said. "Like this one." I pointed at one that was pacing around the area it was enclosed to. Once or twice it tried to escape.

"Well, at least you're calmer." I said. "Shi... it fits. Moooom!" I called. "Do you like the name Shi?" "Nice, sweetie." She called back from the couple floors separating us.

Shi
Calm? That's so not me. I hopped out of her lap and started heading down the stairs.

Mimi
"Hello?" I asked a brown puppy who was pacing around. "Would you like to be adopted?" I asked. I seemed to be attracted to this one. She looked like someone I can play with.

Serena
"She seems to like this one." I said, pointing.

Coco
"I've been stuck in this place for so long! Someone get me out of here!" I said. "And I need my daily food!"

I grinned. "I want this one!" I said to my owner, then turning to the dog. "Don't worry. Your going to be with us! What's your name?"

Coco
"Coco! With marshmallows on top." I said.

Mimi
I grinned. "Coco with marshmallows on top is a long name. I'll call you... CWMOT!" I joked. "Kidding. Nice to meet you Coco." I said. I grinned, then batting at the lock and opening the cage.

"Meow!" I said to my owners.

Sabrina
"Well, Hiya!" I said. We brought the dog, and walked home. "So what should we name him?" I asked on the way back.

Mimi
I jumped in the dirt and let my claws come out. I started to write Coco in the substance. Then I meowed and smiled.

Serena
"Oh my gosh! Sabrina, look!" I was shocked. "She's writing letters!"

Sabrina
I nearly dropped the leash. "Wh-how? C-O-C-O. Coco?"
