Locked in the Library??

Alex
"Or break it open if it doesn't obey." I joked. "Alright. You check that half and I'll check this one."

Joyce
"All right!" I ran across the room. "There's twelve windows." I said confidently.

After a while...
Alex
"None. Absolutely none are open." I sighed. "10:30 already. It's going to be a long night."

Joyce
I banged on the window. "HELLO!! I'M LOCKED IN THE LIBRARY! CAN YOU HEAR ME?"

Alex
"Nobody is out there. I guess we'll just have to sleep for now."

Joyce
"Sleep?" I asked.

Alex
"You know, like, sleep until the morning.Then the librarian will open it and we can get out." I said

Luna
"I guess it's the only choice." I sighed. I sat down at one of the tables and put my head down, drifting to dreamland.

Joyce
"Okay. Sleep." I said. I got on a sofa and laid down. After a minute, I got up. "Can someone read me a story?" I asked.

Alex
I laughed. "Sure" I said, grabbing a book off of a shelf and telling the story. "On a Friday, there was a little girl who hated dogs, so she decided to face her fear, but her boyfriend didn't want her to get a bad injury. She shrugged and said,'But I want to, but I am a bit scared, so I want you to stop it if you can.'" I said.

Joyce
"Oh-kay..." I thought for a moment. "Can I guess what happens next?"

Alex
"Yes. What do you think?" I smiled.

Joyce
"I think that the girl who hate dogs is evil and wants to kill all dogs and even cute ones and so she goes and runs after them." I said promptly.

Alex
I laughed, reading on.

"She then headed home, sad that she had to go. When she arrived, she decided to talk to her mom about her fear. Her mom said, 'I'm scared of dogs too, but I hate the fact that the entire family doesn't like dogs.'"

Joyce
"OK."

Alex
"Alright, you sound sleepy. Go to sleep." I said. I went to put the book away with a yawn.

Joyce
"That was a good story." I laid down on the couch. "Thanks." And with that, I fell asleep.

Alex
I sat down on a kid's bean-bag and fell to sleep as well.

((Is Eliza asleep? If so, we shall continue into daytime!))

((Nope. She's still randomly wandering around the shelves))
Eliza
"This is insane." I thought. "Sleep! We need to find an exit! I need to go to school tomorrow. I need to change!" But when I checked my watch, it was midnight, and the library was dead quiet, and I realized that a princess shouldn't sleep so late. So I sighed, sat in a comfortable armchair near the now sleeping Joyce (even while sleeping, she tossed and turned), and fell asleep.

((NOW she's asleep.))

Alex
I stirred as the light filtered into my eyes. Clicking entered my ears as I awoke. Daytime! I shot up out of the beanie. "Yes!!" I said aloud. The librarian shot a look at me.
"Why are you here?" She asked.
"You locked us in!" I told her in my defense. She looked shocked.
"'Us?'"
Just then Luna woke up from the table and walked up.
"There's four of us!" I said.

Luna
"Good morning." I yawned when I realized the argument going on. It's morning!
"I'm sorry," said the librarian, "I didn't know that you children were here."
"There's four of us! How could you not?" I asked.

Alex
"I'm suing the library for this lousy librarian!" I said angrily. It's already 6 though! "Gotta run!" I said and I dashed out of the library with my book bag, running as fast as I could to school.

Luna
"Same here! I'm soo in trouble!" I said, running out of the library and disappearing without a trace.

Eliza
I woke up to the sound of shouting. I saw the librarian, and woke up. "Hey!" I yelled. You locked us all in here! The librarian now looked rather ashamed of herself. "Um... who else is here?" Joyce ran up.

Joyce
"MEMEMEMEMEME!!!"

Joyce
"I'm going to go home now." I announced, and headed on my way.

Eliza
"Me too!" I said. Both of us ran through the open door, glad to be in fresh air again.
