Dragoncave Discussion!

I made my own dragons in photoshop, from egg stage to full grown dragon stage! I'll post them later - I don't feel like uploading anything right now.

Anyway, this is the thread to post your own! An entire list of the dragons that are posted here are below.

Kaleidoscope Dragons by Iris
Egg: (This egg is filled with bright, vivid colors.)

Hatchling: (This hatchling blends perfectly with it's surroundings.)

Full Grown Dragon: (Kaleidoscope dragons can usually camouflage themselves well with their surroundings. They love different types of colors, and they're the type to go chasing after every different color whenever they see one. They love variety, and they have magic that can control the color of anything. Kaleidoscope dragons love mirrors, and usually stand in front of them, looking at themselves for hours on end.)


Comment from artist: How they look progressively gets worse as the egg grows up, but oh well. I was never good at creating these custom dragons. I like the egg part the best. Obviously it's the easiest to do. And you can tell that the last full grown was just ripped off dragoncave, right?

Egg: This egg looks transparent with many colors lurking around inside of it.



Hatchling: It looks like a snake. Nothing like a dragon!



Hatchling with wings: It looks like a snake, except it has wings! It also seems to reflect a rainbow. It must be close to maturing!



Adult: Opal dragons are an elegant and rare type of water dragon. They are known for their beauty and how they appear to have very reflective scales. They are very instinctive and will attack anyone at will



Comments from the artist: I don't like the hatchlings. They look like tadpoles. D: All hand drawn 'cept the egg though. :]

Egg: This egg seems to represent the night.



Hatchling: Aww... cute! A baby dragon! It looks nothing like it's egg.

Oh look! It grew wings unlike the other dragon's. It must be close to maturing!



Adult: The Star dragon rarely appears, but when it hatches it glitters and shines just like the stars in the sky. Star dragons are generally peaceful and nice to be around, but when trouble strikes they are ready to battle with their magic.



Artist's comments: Meh. It looks good but I don't like all the colors I picked. The egg turned out the worst this time and I edited colors instead of drew them. It looks OK, could be better.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dragons by Iris

This egg gives off the smell of a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie.


This hatchling smells like a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies made in the oven. (And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.)

I like the eggs but it looks like you painted over the thing. I might go and make a version of the kalaidoscope dragon for the sake of making it. :]
