Add or Subtract?

So what happens is you start with 250, and you decide if you want to add 1 or subtract 1. Like,
Person 1: 250 (starting)
Person 2: 251 (adds 1)
Person 3: 252 (adds 1)
Person 4: 251 (subtracts 1)
Person 5: 250 (subtracts 1)
Person 6: 249 (subtracts 1)
Person 7: 250 (adds 1)
Person 8: 249 (subtracts 1)
Person 9: 248 (subtracts 1)
Person 10: 247 (subtracts 1)
Person 11: 246 (subtracts 1)
Person 12: 247 (adds 1)
Person 13: 248 (adds 1)
Person 14: 246 (subtracts 1)
Person 15: 245 (subtracts 1)
...and so on, till we reach 500, or 0. Soooo....
250!
Person 1: 250 (starting)

Person 3: 252 (adds 1)
Person 4: 251 (subtracts 1)
