Dream Machine!

Eliza
"Ssh!!" I said. "Listen! Do you hear that giggling?"

Luna
"What giggling?" I listened closely. It was true! A bit creepy too. "We need to find a way out of here."

Eliza
"Yep..." I looked around for an exit.

Shi
With an invisible grin, I said "You're not going to find any."

((Blue light, do something!))

Eliza
"Yikes!" I jumped back. "Who said that?"

Blue Light
I am the blue light
Try as you might
You won't get me to rhyme right
Because I am the blue light.
I sent the message to the two boys that were passing by me. I could sense one of them wasn't a boy, although it didn't look like it. They both looked like boys.

Euan
A haunting blue light was drifting by me, sending chills up my spine.

Alex
I was frightened by the blue light. It's that... thing from the haunted house! I realized. "Solar, let's make a run for it.

Solar
I nodded. We both ran into the school, desperate to escape.

Luna
"Not me." I listened closely. That voice! "It sounds familiar."

Eliza
"Oh, this is freaky. Super freaky." I said. Just then, the bell rang, and all the girls around me started running off to different classes, behind different doors. "Luna!" I said. "Where do we go?"

Luna
"Outside! The front!" I said, pushing through all of the girls. Just as we got to the front, it closed shut.

Shi
"Nu-uh. You ain't getting out." I said.

Eliza
I turned, and walked to wherever I could hear the voice coming from. Unfortunately, the room echoed, so I couldn't tell exactly where it did. "Look, ghost dude? Can we get out? Like now?"

Shi
"One, I'm not a dude, princess." I said, making a swooshing sound as I moved. "Two, why?"

Eliza
"I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE A DUDE OR NOT! I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!"

Shi
"...How do you get out of a dream?"

Eliza
"You wake up!" I said, frustrated.

Shi
"You cannot force oneself to wake up. How do you get out of a dream?"

((Blue light?))

((I don't feel like RHYMING.))

Blue Light
As the dream comes to a close
You have to strike a pose
And go look in the book
Which young Euan took
I sent to the three boys.

Euan
I had just picked up a book labeled "The Study Of Dreams" and blushed.

Eliza
By now I was too frustrated to speak. I gestured to Luna.

Alex
I took the book from Euan, to find nothing useful. "Urg." I growled, then started pondering. To get out of a dream... you have to wake up! "We have to wake up somehow!" I shouted to Solar.

Solar
I started pondering. "What if we scare ourselves? Wait, no..." I turned toward the blue light. "Any hints?" I asked stupidly.

Luna
"To wake up from a dream... you need to..." I pondered. Then the idea hit me like a hard rock. "Kill yourself!" I exclaimed.

Shi
"Correct." I smiled. "There are plenty of sharp things around the school. But please, do not search for your friends, for they have one of my own helping them figure it out. But be warned, you will feel all of the pain."

Blue Light
The answer that you seek's
Staring you in the face, so to speak
Just think about the end of a dream
The answer will be supreme

Eliza
My eyes widened. Still struck dumb by frustration, I instead freaked out spun around and fell flat on the floor.

Solar
"End...end..." I pondered, not hearing the word "dream". "DEATH!?" I screamed.

Alex
"It makes sense!" I said, then running to find something sharp in the sports shed outside. Solar followed me.

Luna
"The cooking lab!" I said, then running there to find knives.

Eliza
I got up and followed Luna at a run. I was afraid of the pain, but after all, what must be done must be done...

Blue Light
The end of a dream...
[echo] [echo]

Alex
I stabbed myself as hard as I could with a javelin. Blackness covered my eyes as my body fell down and faded away as there was no impact on the floor.

Solar
I gulped. This was going to hurt. I grabbed the javelin and did the same action. The dream swirled away as I toppled to the ground.

Luna
I held a well sharpened knife in my hand. "Thanks for your assistance, Shi." I said, and in one quick motion the knife stuck out of me and my body fell backwards, dissolving into the floor and the knife toppled over.

Shi
"I'm glad to be of service. Goodbye." The last words echoed as the dream seemed to swirl away.

Eliza
I gulped, and repeated Luna's actions, as everything began to swirl...















and turned to black.

Euan
Suddenly, I had a random urge to kill myself. So I did. (I couldn't resist. )

Gasp.

Luna
My eyes snapped open as the machine broke off of my head. I put a hand of my chest, feeling every single bit of pain. It was over. I was glad. It was time to go home.

Alex
I shot up with wide eyes and a big gasp. Great, I should have found a less painless way to die, like to choke myself. Uugh. Well, what's done is done.

Solar
I sat up in my burning home called "The sun". Gee, what a climate change! I felt the pain but i didn't mind. I was finally home.

((Finish Eliza and we're done. You can lock it.))

Eliza
I woke up in bed. "Honey, breakfast?" My mom called. I leapt to my feet. "Mom, I just had the most amazing dream...."

And I'm gonna lock it now.
