Princess of the Sun

Iris
"I reaaally hope we find it."

Solar
"Same."

Suddenly the sky turned dark. "It's started!" I said. It was really magic; the fountain lit up with a blue light. I looked inside. The candle sat there. "Here it is!" I tried to touch it. It was ice cold, it burned my skin. "Owwww!"

Iris
"Hmm, maybe we can pick it up with a stick!" I grabbed a twig and tried to lift it.

Shi
I tried to get it, the water wouldn't permit me in.

Amy
"Hey Arie, the eclipse is happening!" I called. "Huh? What are you guys doing?" I asked, seeing the copy-cat leaning over the fountain. I didn't see what was wrong with it, but she looked afraid to touch it.

Iris
"T-the candle!" I said, not looking up to see who it was. "It's in there!"

Arie
"...okay...."

Amy
I walked over and looked in. I saw the candle in the water. I poked the water. Just as my hand was about to hold the candle, it was filled with heat and I withdrew. "Woah! That thing..."

Arie
"What happened?" I said, alarmed.

Amy
"Hey, Arie, try to grab it!"

((Arie shall be thy key to get back home to the planet sun. :O))

Arie
"O..kay..." I grabbed it out of the water and held it out. "How is that hard?"

Amy
"Woah, it stung when I tried." I said.

Solar
I grabbed it from her with a little cation. "Th-thanks."

Arie
"Wel...come?"

Solar
"Thanks for all of your help, Shi." I said. "Iris, light it."

Iris
I lit the candle. "Okay!"

Solar
"Thanks again for your help. We are truly grateful." I said. "Babylon candle, take us back home!" I said, and within a flash we were gone.

Amy
It was as if it were an illusion. The moment the moon was no longer aligned with the sun and earth, they were gone. The eclipse had ended, and it was if they had as well.



Solar
"That was fun, wasn't it?" I said, grinning. "Now that I think of it, that Arie girl wasn't that bad."

Iris
"I guess."

Solar
"Seriously! It'd be cool meeting another you." I said. I looked at Iris. "Don't you wish you can go again?"

Iris
I smiled at the giant blue orb that was Earth. "Yeah, but this - the sun - that is where I'm at home."

Solar
I smiled. "Let's go again sometime."
