"Did someone say something?" I said sleepily.

Miku
"Do you want to hear a story? I'm sure you are familiar with it. It goes by the name of "Forgotten Faith.""

Iris
"Mmhmm... sure have."

Miku
"It's the story of a girl who always dreamed of flying. One day, she fell in love with a village boy. Saving his life from drowning, his guardian angel granted her wish and she was turned into a fairy. Yet the evil dragon hated fairies, and thus tried to kill the girl. She was told if she confessed her love, she'd disappear. And thus, she did and the dragon had no chance to kill her. Instead she grew into the first cherry blossom tree, and the boy took care of it even though he hadn't known why he loved it so much. His memories were erased, yet he still had those feelings." I said. "Now, The fairy was still there, yet had disappeared from the world. Is this not Amy's situation?"

Iris
"...yeah... sure..." I would've rolled my eyes if I had any.

Miku
I directed my voice at Amy. "How do you feel of this? Was your wish granted?"

Amy
I though for a minute. "Well... I actually have enjoyed it. The wish didn't go where I wanted it to, but at the very least it was granted. I'm happy for that."

Miku
"Interesting. Do you think that you'll end up Faith?"

Amy
End up like... faith? I thought. It sounded different and like it had more meaning that what it seemed like. "To still be there? Of course."

Miku
"And you like the boy?" I asked the flower. "He erased his memories so he wouldn't miss the girl. Would you do that if you could?"

Iris
"...you'll have to ask me that if she does actually disappear."

Miku
"Pretend she is not there, then. Would you erase your memories?"

Iris
"I'm to sleepy to imagine something like that."

Miku
"If I told you Amy was going away tomorrow, what would you do?"

Iris
"Freak out and.... erase all my memories I guess?"

Amy
"Nooo, I don't want you to erase your memories! Remember me so I live ooon!" I said.

Iris
"I don't know. I'm too tired to put myself in that situation."

Miku
"Or are you just avoiding hurting Amy's feelings, to say that you'd forget her?"

Iris
"zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...."

Miku
"It is alright if you are just pretending or not. Just let me warn you: this story is finally coming to a close. I have a feeling you'd be glad with me gone, for I will not appear tomorrow. Yet, what are you expecting? A happy ending? A tragic one? That is all up to the little fox." The night went silent as I finally went to rest. My role was now over.

Amy
I glanced at Iris. "Are you awake?" I asked after the voice was gone.

Iris
"zzzzzzzno....zzzzzz"

Amy
I laughed softly. "Haha... Iris... talk to me."

Iris
"zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz."

Amy
"...Iris? Please? Miku said "the story is coming to a close." That could mean I'm going soon. So please, talk to me?"

Iris
"zzzzzzhuh? Oh hi Amy."

Amy
"Iris... what will happen if things go bad? Like... if things don't go back to normal. Even... what if I disappear?"

Iris
"I hope you don't but if you do then... I wouldn't be happy about it."

Amy
"...what would you do?"

Iris
"Don't make me think about these hypothetical situations!"
