I twitched, breaking the dried lava around me a little. I sensed my owner was coming, but the magic seals on the egg wouldn't let me hatch just yet.

"Yes!" I said. "We're free!"

"The helicopter just waits there, and we spend a little more time up here, enjoying the scenery." I said, annoyed.

"Why!"

"None of us really care." I said.

"B-but...."

"Hmmph. Fine. I'm going to explore." I said, and walked around the black area of the volcano. "Hey, look at this red spot!" I exclaimed, noticing that. When I looked closer at it, I realized it was an egg. Cautiously, I picked it up.

Finally! I felt the magic barrier come off and I cracked the egg, peaking out.

Aww... My owner is a girl. Maan. Oh well.

I sighed and broke the egg. I spread my wings to show off and stretch, and then stared at the girl.
