Zoey Forest's Summer Camp

Emily
"Hm? Couldn't you just fly away or something?"

Opal
They restrained my wings with some sticky material. I couldn't burn it or I would hurt my wing membrane. I commented.

Sami
"...sticky material? Do you mean tape?" I said.

Emily
"Oh, my!" I was surprised. "Why would anyone do that?"

Opal
To study me. I am an hatchling from the dinosaur age, after all. I said.

Emily
"Wow.." I whispered. Suddenly, I heard footsteps. "Someone's coming!" I yelled.

Opal
The presence does not feel good or neutral. It is a bad person. I said, letting out a low growl. It warned the other animals, who ran off in alertness, afraid that it was a poacher. Run, children. I said, letting out a lion-like roar to try and scare the evil away.

Sabrina
All of us backed away quickly, and then hid behind trees so that we could see.

Opal
I jumped backwards into the water, staying solid this time. I use magic to see above the water, to see who was coming.
There. It was... that scientist! He had the burned hand, thus i recognized the evil doer.
Run! I cried to the group. Run now! I took my vision away from land and hid my wings underwater, slithering to a secret cave and took a breath in the big air pocket. How was I going to get out of this one?

Sami
I saw the scientist, burned hand. That must be the scientist who kidnapped Opal! "Guys, I think we should run. And fast. And make a lot of noise so the scientist chases us and not Opal." I whispered. I grinned and sprinted from the tree I hid behind, purposely snapping branches and crunching leaves on my way.

Serena
As Serena (loudly) followed Sami, I grinned and yelled "Oh no, Sabrina! We better run!" I snapped a branch. The evil scientist looked towards us, and with a shout, began to follow us.

Sami
Yes! The plan is working! I thought. I tripped on purpose. I turned around to see the scientist gaining on us. Fast. "Guys! run! I'll catch up with you!" I said. I quickly got up and started running again. We were running towards the camp, but also deeper in the forest so the scientist would get lost. "Emily, contact Opal and see how she's doing!" I whispered when I was next to her, then shouting "Split!" and I broke off from the group, going into a deeper part of the forest.

Emily
"Uh..." I thought. "Can I contact her by thoughts? Well, I hope so. OPAL! Can you hear me?"

Emily
As I ran, I thought "Well, we've split up and distracted whatsizname with the burnt hand. I don't know where he is now. I think he's following one of us. Make sure you get away from that spot in case he comes back."

Emily
"Alright." I said. Suddenly I looked around. I didn't know which direction was. I was lost. I stopped running. "Is anyone there?" I yelled to the trees.

Sabrina
I heard the yell, and ran to the area, where I found Emily. "Are you lost too?" I asked. She nodded.

Emily
"Don't tell me YOU'RE lost!" I said. She nodded. "I am."
"Oh no." I said. "I hope Sami's in a better position."

Sami
I came to a stop, looking around. This couldn't be good. "Hello!" I shouted out, but with no response.

That's it, time to bring out the Milkyway.

I inhaled and, as loud as I could, started to sing.
"Will the stars appear tonight?
Will I see the millkyway?
I wish upon that single shining star
Brave Vesperia~"

Serena
As I looked frantically around, completely lost, looking for my sister and cousin, I heard something in the distance. Was it... singing? I traipsed toward the direction, and came across Emily and my twin following the same path.

Sabrina
"Do you hear the singing too?" I asked Serena.

Emily
"Yep. That's where we were headed. " I stopped short as I saw a person in the distance, though in the dim light, I couldn't tell if it was Sami or Cindy. "Hello?" I called out.

Sami
I stopped as I heard a distant "Hello". I turned around. The singing worked. "Emily, is that you?" I shouted.

Emily
"Yeah!" I broke into a run, and caught up with Sami. "Are you lost too? Do you know the way out?"

Sami
"I'm lost." I said shamefully. Just then I heard rustling and whirled around to see the scientist growling. "Run!" I screamed and took off.

Serena
I screamed and took off after her with my family, the scientist in hot pursuit.

Sabrina
Suddenly I had an idea. I pulled down an already low branch in the path of the scientist. The scientist, not seeing it, tripped on the branch. I high-fived my sister, then inspired, put on an extra burt of speed. I saw the main path. I pointed at it.

Sami
"Alright!" I hissed out of my clenched teeth. I ran along side the path and soon we arrived at camp.

Serena
Sabrina headed to the Main Office, and I headed to the cabin. Managing there, I quickly locked the door right after Sami & Emily made it in. I collapsed onto the bed. "What now?" I asked. Emily shrugged.

Emily
"Where's Cindy?" I thought desperately, trying to send the message to Opal. "Is she okay?"

Sabrina
I hurriedly entered the main office, and got a quarter, and brought some chocolate fudge. The running had made me hungry.
((Did I mention that that specific cabin is haunted by Zoey's ghost? I planned that from the beginning.))

Opal
I do not know, I said to Emily, But I sense it is safe to come out thanks to you. Do not fear, I will search for Cindy. I said, splashing out of the water and soaring into the sky, scanning the below forest

Sami
I sighed. We were safe, at least I hoped. I looked around. It felt like a fourth person was here.

Serena
"Do you feel like there's someone else here?" I was interuppted by a knock on the door. I looked through the peephole. It was Sabrina.
