The Golden Compass

Iris
"Arcadia! You see if you can find one too!" and Arcadia also went to find one as well.

Seramic
I felt the blimp speed up as it plummeted toward the ground. "Guys! Hurry up!" I shouted.

Beat
I came back quickly with Arcadia, holding a parachute. I handed it to Seramic. "It's all I could find!"

Ann
While all this was going on, I had quickly left through the emergency exit.

Iris
"Where's Ann?" I said urgently.

Beat
I sniffed the air. "She's not here anymore!"

Iris
"What?"

Arcadia
I sniffed it too. "Nope, she's not. Wait, where is she?"

Seramic
"Doesn't matter now! Let's get out!" I said, grabbing the parachute.

Iris
"Maybe she's already gotten out safely." I sighed. "Okay, uh, is there an exit somewhere!"

Arcadia
"Iris! It's right over there!" I said, pointing.

Seramic
I opened it. "Somebody, grab my hand!" I said, holding it out with the parachute on my back. "We only have one parachute, so everyone has to work together!"

Arcadia
"You can do thiiiis!" I said to Iris, who looked like she was about to faint.

Iris
"We're...so...high...up..."

Arcadia
"It's a matter of life and death!"

Iris
"...so... high..."

Arcadia
"Iris!" I screamed in her ear.

Iris
"Ow!"

Arcadia
"Sorry... I had to. It hurts me too you know!"

Iris
"Ugh..." I looked down and nearly fainted again.

Arcadia
"Don't look down!" I said. The blimp was falling faster now. "Iris! Hurry up!"

Seramic
Without warning, I grabbed everyone's hand and jumped off of the blimp. "Hang on!" I shouted over the winds. Beat opened the parachute for me.

Iris
"Eep!" I closed my eyes. "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die."

Arcadia
"No you're not! You'll be fine!"

Seramic
Soon we all landed, safe. In the middle of nowhere. "Fantastic." I sighed.

Iris
"Where are we?"

((The gyptians should come sometime soon. ))

((What would they do?))

Seramic
"In the middle of nowhere."

((I dunno. In the other thing they're on a boat, so they should be.. on a boat. Which means they should be near the ocean or something.))
Iris
"Hmm... see anything anywhere?" I looked in the distance. "Hey, is that... the ocean?

Beat
I flew up some ways. "Yeah! It is! And... there's... a boat!"

Iris
"Let's go!" I said, running.

Seramic
I followed.

((Now what?))

((The Gyptians see them, and stop and turn around.))
Iris
"Hey! Hey boat people!" I waved.

Mimi
"Nyaaa! Kimi, Kimi! Look! People!"

"Huh? Oh! Novak! There are people on the island!"

Dalene
"Oh, there are! Turn the ship around!" I said, and the massive ship turned around and went to a stop at the shores of the beach.

Seramic
"Look! They're turning towards us!"

Dalene
I waved from the boat. "Hello! Oh, are you Iris Flower? I know you!"

Iris
"You do?" I asked uncertainly.

Dalene
"Yes! Your friend Amy got caught by the gobblers, right?"

Iris
"...yeah..." I nodded.

Dalene
"Yeah! We're the gyptians!"

Arcadia
"The ones going after the gobblers?"

Dalene
"Yeah!" I nodded enthusiastically.

((They're friends with the witches, and the witches told them Iris can read the compass. So they know she can, they're not telling her. ;D))

Seramic
"So wait! You know where Amy is? Can you take us to her?"

Dalene
"Yeah! Get on board!" I said, sending down a ladder.
