((Did I mention they all have some special power relating to their parents? Because Anshin is invisible, she can make herself more invisible or less invisible, but Aphrodite made it so she's always invisible. ;D So Anshin can turn invisible and investigate the crime scene. ;D))

"It's no problem." I said softly, looking at my sister with a small smile.

"Melody." I said, walking over and kneeling to her height, "I don't think it's safe for you to go home, so would you like to stay with me, or one of your friends?"

Anshin
I quietly left the house when the clock stuck ten. I turned myself completely invisible, and started to stalk the night. I arrived at the now, what looked abandoned house of Aphrodite. I opened the door and quickly shut it.

Shiny black eyes seemed to be the only thing shining in the dark house. A rather shadowed figure stood in the house, and it was looking around for reason of the door creaking and shutting. I stood still and held my breath, standing on one corner.

This thing was scary, whatever it was. I promised I'll find the reason of Aphrodite's appearance for my little sister. I'm going to stay all night, despite how scared I was inside.

.:Morning:.

I was so scared I had stayed up the whole night. The creature was still here. It was sleeping, but I could tell it looked like it belonged with the gods. In fact, it radiated an aura greater than the gods. It was... scary. I glanced to the clock. Eleven o' clock. I tried to make my way closer to the door. A mouse scampered by and the creature awoke.

I could tell it was awaken by even the smallest noise. The creature slammed it's hand on the mouse and then stuffed it in it's mouth, swallowing with now problem.

If I were to run now, it'd sense me and... eat me.

I didn't know what to do. I'll watch. I'll wait until it leaves.

"Father!" I shouted. "Anshin has yet to come home, and she told us if she didn't arrive by noon, we were to send a parent. Can you go to Aphrodite's house for us, and check up on Anshin to see if she is fine?"

I nearly gasped and lost my cover. I was supposed to come home! I couldn't, I couldn't, and now Apollo was in danger. I could only watch.

The figure looked at Apollo. The figure seemed to grin evilly. He held his hand out and a mouth seemed to open up below Apollo. It swallowed him whole, and thus he was gone, just like Aphrodite.

The door was open. Here was my chance. I quickly slipped out without making a sound.

This wasn't good news. Not at all. I ran as fast as I could to Iris's house.

I made myself visible once more and bust open the door. "Melody! Iris! Solar!" I cried.

"Apollo... he was eaten! I see now. There was this creature in Aphrodite's house, one that looked even more godly than our own parents. And when Apollo came in, it ate him. It must have eaten Aphrodite as well. But now... we must tell Zeus."
