"Hey! Somebody is really there! There's two of us, you get that side and I'll get this one. If we paddle we'll go a bit faster, even though it won't be enough to put the boat at full speed." I smiled, getting out an oar.

Soon we arrived side to side to the other boat. I dropped an anchor from the lifeboat locker into the sea.

"Come here! Bring your food as well, we need as much as we can get out here."

"Savannah! It's you!"

"Melody?" I said, surprised. I grabbed all the rations and handed them to Melody, then cautiously managed to get into the boat while balancing some of the things I needed at the same time. Once I was safe I sighed with relief.
